What is the delivery time?

How does the shipment reach me?
We work with the global shipping company FEDEX. Deliveries arrive at your home! Before arrival, you will receive a text message from the shipping company to coordinate delivery, and on the day of delivery, the courier will contact you.
The size doesn't fit, how can I exchange it?
If you would like to exchange for another pair/change size, please inform us on Instagram/WhatsApp and then simply send us the package. After receiving the shoe, we will send you a new shipment as soon as possible! (As long as the product and box are not damaged).
How can I pay on the site?
The payment methods on the site are: credit, Bit/Apple Pay/Google Pay. There are other payment methods such as: bank transfer, Apple Pay, Paybox, cash transfer through the mail. There is a model I saw on Instagram that is not listed on the website, how can I purchase it?
Yes, not all products appear on the site yet. We work every day to update models and colors on our site, as we have them in stock. To order them, simply send us a message on Instagram or WhatsApp. Additionally, if you are looking for a specific size or model that is not listed on the site, send us a message and we will try to get the product for you!
