Product return / size exchange – the customer must send the product to the company's warehouse within 5 days.

All costs associated with replacing the product will be borne by the customer.

The product will be replaced when it is in its original packaging, including the box and all accompanying products. The company will not handle products that have not been returned as new.

For used products, no refund/exchange will be accepted – subject to the discretion of the company management as to whether the product has been used.
