Product return / model exchange – the customer must send the product to the company's warehouse within 5 days.
Receives the product.
All costs associated with replacing the product will be borne by the customer.
The product will be replaced when it is in its original packaging, including the box and all accompanying products. The company will not handle products that have not been returned as new.
For used products, no refund/exchange will be accepted – subject to the discretion of the company management as to whether the product has been used.
Returns:
You can cancel the transaction without cancellation fees up to 24 hours from the moment you receive the order confirmation.
(If the transaction was made by credit/bit/Apple Pay/Google Pay, the customer will be charged a settlement fee).
You can cancel a transaction up to 3 days after receiving the product - with a deduction of 5% of the transaction amount or 100 NIS, whichever is lower + shipping costs 70 NIS.
